Human Capital Assesment
Together with the client we indicate the industry of, and the practice of. We help organizations improve their performance, primarily through the analysis of existing business problems and development of plans for improvement.

Organizations hire us for a number of reasons, including gaining external and presumably objective advice and access to our specialized expertise.

Because of our exposure to and relationships with numerous organizations, we are always aware of industry best practices.

Apart from others we provide organizational change management assistance, development of coaching skils, technology implementation, strategy development and operational improvement services. We generally bring our own, proprietary methodologies and frameworks to guide the identification of problems, and to serve as the basis for recommendations for more effective or efficient ways of performing business tasks.

In general, we choose one of the proven approaches with an expert or prescriptive approach at one end, and a facilitative approach at the other.

In the expert approach, the consultant takes the role of expert, and provides expert advice or assistance to the client.

In the facilitative approach, less input from, and fewer collaborations with, the client. With a facilitative approach, the consultant focuses less on specific or technical expert knowledge, and more on the process of consultation itself.

Management consultants are sometimes criticized for overuse of buzzwords, reliance on and propagation of fads, and a failure to develop plans that are executable by the client.

But as we come from real business we always keep in mind our individual approach to the client and help the client with implementation through our interim, crises, program or project management.
